U.S. Golf star Tiger Woods, World No.2, will not be competing the Qatar Masters event in February, says his manager.
TIGER Woods's agent has denied the whispers that the tiger Woods will contest the Qatar Masters in February.
There was rumour that Woods was set to make his entrance at the 2011 edition of the European Tour event.
However, Mark Steinberg, global managing director of golf at International Management Group, categorically rejected that the Woods has any plans to do so.
"Tiger is absolutely not playing in the Qatar Masters and I have never had any discussions about it," Steinberg stated.
Woods is expected in the Middle East the following week, though, for the Dubai Desert Classic which he won in both 2006 and 2008.
