• South Korea won the gold medal in Men's 10m Air Pistol Team at the Guangzho.

• China won the gold medal in Men's Team Sprint of Cycling Track.

In the medal tally China leading the table with 21 Gold Medals followed by Japan and South Korea with 5 Gold Medals each. India still to get its first Gold, positioned at number five on the medal table.
