Bryan Brothers Won 10th Grand Slam Title by Defeating Indian Paes-Bhupathi in Asutralian Open Final

MELBOURNE, Australia – By winning Australian Open doubles title World No. 1 Bryan Brothers succeeded to have 10th Grand Slam title. American twins Bob and Mike Bryan defeated Indian pair of Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi 6-3, 6-4 on Saturday.

 The veteran Indian duo of Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi achieved as runners-up in the Australian Open 2011 Men’s Doubles Tennis championships.

The defeat dashed the Indian duo’s dream of completing a career grand slam. Paes and Bhupathi have won doubles trophies in every other Grand Slam together or with different partners. But the Australian Open title remained elusive.
