In a friendly match between San Jose and English Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday a very rare incident happened when San Jose goalkeeper David Bingham scored from his own penalty box.

Bingham's 90 yard punt (82 metres) bounced over the head of his opposition tam’s goalkeeper Boaz Myhill before crossing the goal-line.
Bingham's long punt down field deceived his opposition’s counterpart Boaz Myhill - who was staring directly into a setting sun at Buck Shaw Stadium without wearing a cap.
San Jose won the match 2-1 courtesy to Bingham's moment of glory that helped his side to amazing triumph over their English opponents.
