For Manchester United, their striker Wayne Rooney hit the sixth hat-trick of his career with Man United; that made it 152 goals for him at United to climb to ninth in their all-time list and became the highest scorer for United in Premier League with total of 107, including latest three.
The 25-year-old Rooney is still a good way behind United's record top scorer Bobby Charlton's haul of 249; but that will not stop him going for it.
