Pakistan-India Match Drawn at 2-2: Pakistan Reaches into Final
Even the first half of the match ended goalless but arch-rivals exhibited forceful show off with the very first moment of the match which was later drawn at 2-2.

Waqas Sharif scored first goal for Pakistan in the 42nd minute of the second half; while Mohammad Irfan doubled the lead on a penalty corner. Then India fought back strongly and scored two back to back goals to tie the match. However, Pakistan qualified for the final on the basis of better points.

India still holds the chance to make it to the final subject to following two conditions:

  • Malaysia beats Japan
  • South Korea doesn’t beat China by more than seven goals.

Let’s see if India is lucky enough to reach into the final to set a titanic clash against Pakistan once again on Sunday.
