Hockey Champions Trophy 2011 -- Highlights: Australia 4-1 Great Britain

AUCKLAND, New Zealand (Dec. 05) – The defending champions Australia, also ranked world number one, exhibited brilliant field hockey skills and techniques to outclass Great Britain by huge margin of 4-1 in the first match of Champion’s Trophy’s second day here at Auckland’s North Harbor hockey stadium.
Highlights: Australia 4-1 Great Britain
Goals from Matthew Butturini, Matt Gohdes, Jamie Dwyer and Luke Doerner awarded the Australians a triumph ensuring their top Pool position in Pool A regardless of the outcome from the last pool match of the first round between Korea and the hosts New Zealand.
The only Great Britain goal was came from an outstanding effort of Simon Mantell during a short span of time when Great Britain has gone all out to push the  classy Kookaburras in their territory; but it was just moments when Australian fought back to strengthen their lead to 3-1 by the goal of Jamie Dwyer.
