16th Asian Games (XVI ASIAD) - - Highlights of November 13 (Day-2) With The Final Medal Tally and Medal Table Standings

The 16th Asian Games from November 12 to November 27, 2010 (also known as the XVI Asiad) had tremendous and unforgettable opening ceremony. Guangzhou is the second city in China to host the games after Beijing in 1990. Guangzhou is hosting the largest Asian Games ever because 476 events of 42 sports will be contested among 45 nations. 

November 13, 2010: Day 2 totally belongs to host China with few scintillating performances in the individual, as well as, in team events. China bagged 19 Gold medals out of total 28 along with 7 Silver and 2 bronze medals. Japan got second position with 4 Gold, 10 Silver and 9 Bronze medals. South Korea stood third on the medal table with 4 Gold, 3 Silver and 8 Bronze medals. 

The moment of the day one belonged to Lee Wai Sze of Hong Kong,who won the first gold medal in Women's 500m Time Trial Cycling Track and set a new Asian Record.
