The Giants (6-3) dropped from seventh to 10th in the rankings following Sunday’s 33-20 loss to Dallas.
Here is SB Nation’s current take on the Giants:
The Giants fell to the Cowboys, 33-20, but that doesn’t make them a bad team. I’d prefer to look at the first eight games, and not the last one, as more of an indication of who this team is. They have stiff competition with the Eagles in the NFC East.
The Giants and Eagles are tied atop the NFC East and meet Sunday. Philadelphia, incidentally, is No. 5 in the power rankings after thrashing Washington Monday night, 59-28.

The Jets dropped one spot from No. 3 to No. 4 after Sunday’s 26-20 overtime victory over the Cleveland Browns.
Here is SB Nation’s take on the Jets, who host the Houston Texans this week:
This team is rolling now as they’ve won seven of eight including an OT victory over the Browns last week. It’s looking more and more like that Dec. 6 game against the Patriots will have huge division implications.
