New Zealand captain, Daniel Vettori, admits his captaincy of the New Zealand cricket team is going to be closely analysed following the miserable performance in whitewashed ODI series in India.
After showing an improvement in Bangalore by touching 300 mark first time in the series the Black Caps managed only 103 in Chennai and lost the fifth game by eight wickets.
A cricket committee, established after the 4-0 loss in Bangladesh, has been encouraged by the addition of former top players Martin Crowe and Shane Bond and Vettori says decision-makers above him will explore everything in detail.
He says although he thinks he's led the team as well as he can, he understands results and the need for change, if it's needed.
The Black Caps' next home series is against Pakistan, starting with a Twenty20 match in Auckland on Boxing Day.
the World Cup starts on February 19 when India play Bangladesh at Dhaka, a day before New Zealand play Kenya at Chennai.
