England all out for 214 in 48 overs with an unbeaten 84 by Jonathan Trott. Australia leading the series by 2-0 after Ashes humiliation and well set to take the lead to 3-0.
Eion Morgan and Luke Wright are the other significant scorer with 30 and 32 off 41 and 46 balls respectively.
Brett Lee led the Australian bowling attack with three wickets, Xavier Doherty claimed two wickets with John Hastings, Shane Watson and David Hussey shared a piece each.
Australia will have to score at 4.47 runs per over to win the 3rd ODI.
