Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola handed Cesc Fabregas a starting place in the friendly match against Napoli with the squad that was a blend of youth and experience as Gerard Pique, Thiago, Iniesta, David Villa and Kiko debuted for FC Barcelona.
That was the first appearance of Fabregas following his £29m move from Arsenal and he made his intentions very clear to all rival club teams.
