Champions League Soccer: Barcelona 7 - 1 Bayern Leverkusen (Video) -- Super Messi stormed with 5 goals

Lionel Messi becomes the first player to score five in a single game in the Champions League as Barca wipe out Leverkusen at Camp Nou. Messi also moved last night to within seven goals of becoming the highest goal-scorer in Barcelona's history at the age of just 24.

His last night's 5-goal performance means Messi is just seven - seven -goals short of Barcelona's all-time record of 235, held by Cesar Rodriguez. The most recent 186 have been scored in 201 games. 

Messi has managed to hit the net 49 times in just 53 games for Barca this season and is within seven goals of becoming the club's all-time leading scorer.
