Bangladesh Vs. Zimbabwe - - Zimbabwe Clinches a Thriller by 9 Runs; Despite Brilliant Knock by BD Captain Shakib Al Hassan

Bangladesh won the toss and elected to field. Zimbabwe set a target of 210 for the hosts. Abdur Razzak brilliant with the ball taking 4 wickets in his allotted 10 over giving away only 41 runs, well-supported by Suhrawadi and Mamudullah who took 2 wickets each. Regis Chakabva and Craig Ervine helped their side to get a fightable score with 45 and 41 runs respectively.

Bangladesh started their innings confidently and a solid stand provided by the opening pair of Tamim Iqbal and Imrul Kayes piling 44 runs. Middle order batting line crashed with only resistance came from Captain Shakib Al Hassan; who wasted his wicket on total score of 195 when Bangladesh was very close to victory.

Chris Mpofu took three wickets trapping brilliant Shakib Al Hassan. Zimbabwe was stunning in the field claimed four wicket though brilliant fielding. Junaid Siddique, Suhrawadi, Mortaza and the last man out Shafiul Islam threw their wickets due to few brilliant efforts by Zimbabweans  in the field.
Bangladesh was all out in the 49th over losing the match for 9 runs. For Zimbabwe the victory is a fresh breath.
